I came to fitness later in life after the
realisation that life would be better with
less fat and more muscle. I joined my local Bootcamp and regained my fitness.
My newfound fitness improved my life dramatically, I started running obstacle races, and extreme trail events. I started to use the gym to complement the Bootcamp sessions and found a new love of strength training.
Since gaining my professional qualifications
in 2018 I have run a wide range of indoor and
outdoor classes, 1-2-1 Personal training, group
PT sessions, and Male and female weight loss programs.
Since February 2020 I have run The
bootcamp and have loved every minute. I recently took full ownership of the Business, and rebranded it to GS Fitness.
In late 2020 I designed and built my Personal
Training Studio, and now have a wide range
of clients with varying goals.
In July 2022 I lifted the Dinnie Stones in Scotland, two granite boulders weighing a combined 332.5KG. I became the 202nd person to successful lift the stones. This was the realisation of eight months of training.

I have recently completed a Scottish stone lifting tour where I lifted ancient testing stones of between 99 & 127kg. Again this followed six months of specific training.
I currently Train 5 days a week, using the same approach that I use for my clients. In my spare time I like nothing better than a large steak and a good bottle of red.
